RETURN & Refund POLICY

Thank you for your purchase of our Service or Product. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a refund or an exchange.

Please note there is no return or refund for the Digital goods (books, files, audio & video files) and Services (consulting, training etc). For rest of items see below, for return-and-refund on physical goods/items information, our return policy .

Returns

You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition, with all tags and labels attached, that you received it.

Your item must be in the original packaging.

Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, please email customer service at – info@shikti.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase, and mail your return to the address given by customer care.

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.

Refunds

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least fourteen (14) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange.

We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

EXCEPTIONS    

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  •     Digital Items like books, pdf, audio or video files etc.

For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the contact details below to arrange a refund or exchange.

Please Note

  •   Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non­refundable.

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
